Service Content

(1) The specific content of Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) services is provided by Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) based on actual circumstances, such as news information, Weibo, stock quotes, stock trading, company information, etc. Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) does not promise to inform users in advance when the service starts, changes or ends.
(2) Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) only provides relevant WM WM APP services. Users must be responsible for their own Internet access devices, such as personal computers, mobile phones or other Internet devices, and for solving Internet access and paying fees related to this service.

Changes to Service Agreement

Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) has the right to modify this Service Agreement and the relevant agreements of each individual service when necessary through reasonable means such as sending notifications in the software. When enjoying various services, users should promptly check to understand the content of the modifications and consciously abide by this Service Agreement and the relevant agreements of the individual service. If users continue to use the services involved in this Service Agreement, it will be deemed that they agree to the modified content; if users disagree with the modified content, they have the right to stop using the services involved in this Service Agreement.

Service Change, Interruption or Termination

In view of the special nature of the WM APP service, users agree that Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) has the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the WM APP service at any time. If the WM APP service is changed, interrupted or terminated, Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) is not required to notify users and does not assume any responsibility to any user or any third party;

Legality and Authenticity of User Information

In view of the importance of Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) WM APP service, users agree to:
(1) Provide timely, detailed and accurate personal information.
(2) Continuously update their registration information to meet the requirements of timeliness, detail and accuracy. All original typed information will be cited as registration information.
(3) Do not use other people's information (including but not limited to names, pictures, etc.) If the information provided by the user is inaccurate, untrue, illegal and invalid, or uses other people's information, Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) reserves the right to directly modify the information or terminate the user's use of WM APP. APP services. The user agrees that the accurate personal information provided by the user will serve as the sole evidence for identifying the association between the user and the account and the user's identity. While enjoying the various services, the user agrees to accept various information services provided by Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong).

Privacy Protection

Protecting user privacy is Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong)'s basic policy. Without the user's permission, Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) guarantees that it will not disclose or provide to third parties the registration information of a single user and the non-public content stored in Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) when the user uses the WM APP service, except in the following circumstances:
(1) Comply with relevant laws and regulations, including providing the user's registration information when inquiries are made by relevant national authorities.
(2) Maintain and safeguard the intellectual property rights and other important rights of Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong).
(3) In emergency situations, strive to protect the privacy and security of the user and the public.
(4) In accordance with the relevant provisions of this Agreement or other circumstances deemed necessary by Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong)

Disclaimer

(1) The user explicitly agrees that the risks of using Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) WM APP services will be borne entirely by himself; because of the use of Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) WM All consequences arising from the APP service shall be borne by Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) and Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) shall not be held liable for any liability to users.
(2) Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) does not guarantee that any information provided by Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) is completely real-time or completely accurate, nor does it mean that Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) confirms its description or agrees with its views. All content is for reference only and does not constitute investment advice or other actual operational opinions. Users are solely responsible for the consequences of their actions based on such information.
(3) Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) does not guarantee that the WM APP service will meet the user's requirements, nor does it guarantee that the WM APP service will not be interrupted, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, security, and accuracy of the service. Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) shall not be liable for any interruption of the WM APP service, data loss, data damage or other defects caused by various reasons.
(4) Users expressly agree that the risks of using Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) WM APP services are borne by the user personally. Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) refuses to provide any guarantee for all user registration information, names, identities, speech content and other behaviors.
(5) The user acknowledges and agrees that Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) is not responsible for any accidental leakage of user data due to computer system or network security problems, unless the user can prove that the leakage was caused by Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong)'s intentional behavior.

Ownership of Content

(1) The definition of content includes: text, software, sound, photos, graphics, etc.
(2) The user agrees that any content uploaded to the content ownership is subject to the free, permanent, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and fully licensed rights and licenses worldwide.

User Responsibilities and Obligations

The user independently bears all responsibilities related to the content he or she publishes. The user's use of the WM APP service must comply with all local laws, national laws, and international laws applicable to the WM APP service. The user has acknowledged and promised that:
(1) When the user publishes information on Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) or uses Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong)'s WM APP service, he or she must comply with relevant Chinese laws and regulations and shall not publish information on Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) or use Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong)'s WM APP service. The APP service produces, copies, publishes, and disseminates the following information:
Violates the basic principles established by the Constitution;
Endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts the state power, and undermines national unity;
Infringes upon national honor and interests;
Incites ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermines national unity;
Undermines national religious policies, promotes cults and feudal superstitions;
Spreads rumors, disrupts social order, and undermines social stability;
Spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terrorism, or incites crime;
Insults or defames others, infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
Incites illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration, or gathering to disrupt social order;
Activates in the name of illegal non-governmental organizations;
Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
(2) When users publish information on Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) or use Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong)'s WM APP service, they must also comply with the laws and regulations of other relevant countries and regions and relevant provisions of international law.
(3) Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) may manage or delete any content posted by users on Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) based on its own standards and positions, without having to explain to users in advance or afterwards; the standards for management or deletion are also entirely independently formulated by Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) without soliciting users' opinions or making them public.
(4) Users shall not interfere with Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong)'s WM APP service in any way.
(5) Users shall comply with all other regulations and procedures of Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong).
(6) Users shall be responsible for their own use of Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) WM APP services. Users bear legal responsibility for their actions during the use of the App. This liability includes, but is not limited to, compensation to the victim and, after Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) has first assumed administrative penalties or liability for tort damages resulting from the user's actions, compensation equal to the amount paid to Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong).

Account Validity Period

If a user's account registered with Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) has not been logged in for more than three consecutive months, Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) reserves the right to delete the user's account without further notice.

Notice and Service

Users acknowledge and agree that Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) may provide various notifications via system notifications, text messages, notifications from official administrative accounts (public or private), email, or regular mail. Notices from users to Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) are deemed delivered to the recipient upon issuance. Notices from users to Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) must be delivered to the contact information officially published by Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong), including the mailing address, fax number, and email address.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding any conflict of law provisions. In the event of any dispute, the user and Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the court where Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) is located.

Right of Interpretation

Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) reserves the right of final interpretation of this Service Agreement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
